Assessment

Coaching and some training courses include validated assessments by professionals trained and certified in interpretation and delivery to help clients gain critical insights.

We recommend that all coaching clients complete a basic leadership competency assessment:

  • 16pf ® Sixth Edition Leadership Competency Development Report - helps clients better understand how their personality impacts leadership behaviors and identify key development areas.

 

Additional assessments targeting specific client needs may include:

  • Conflict Dynamics Profile ®: Individual (CDP-I): identifies constructive and destructive conflict behaviors and provides a simple way of understanding responses to conflict behaviorally and emotionally.

  • FourSight ® Thinking Profile: reveals people’s unique thinking preferences that correspond to universal creative processes (clarify, Ideate, develop, and implement)

  • Strong + MBTI ®: a report combining the Myers Briggs Type Indicator ® and the Strong Interest Inventory ® identifies areas of interest for career exploration and focused development for established professionals.

  • Formal and informal multi-rater feedback (360s) and guided reflections.
